Serves low-income Enbridge Gas (formerly Dominion) Ohio customers in Portage and Trumbull counties. Applicants will first be referred to the Housing and Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) before accessing this service. Applicants must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must be homeowners or tenants of an occupied building with no more than eight units in a building. Only homeowner-occupied dwellings are eligible for furnace replacement. Can only receive service once every 10 years.

Gas bill and electric bill, proof of income for all household members age 18 and over (4 (four) pay stubs, social security award letter, and so forth) and proof of homeownership if the homeowner. Other documentation may be required depending upon household circumstances.
