Sliding scale; Third party payment accepted: Medicaid, Medicare, most Private insurance plans. Payment plans available. If insured there is no guarantee of being eligible for the sliding scale. It is based on whether the yearly deductible will be met, family size, and income. Prescriptions are charged on a sliding scale, but discounts are not significant compared to those offered by many discount retail pharmacies.
