Scholarships are given in order of preference to:
- Members of LPA who have a medically diagnosed form of short stature.
- Immediate family members of those diagnosed with short stature who are also paid members of LPA.
- Individuals diagnosed with short stature who are not members of LPA.

The application cycle begins in March each year. Scholarship application deadline is early April each year.
