Hours vary with services but generally during M-F: 6:00am-7:00pm.

Eligible persons will be identified by the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, then the person will be referred to the program by a judge. May phone for information M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm.

Fixed fee or free depending on services provided; fees may be waived for indigent persons in some cases.

Description

Performs extensive criminal record checks and investigations and makes recommendations to the court for release on personal bond, diversion programs, and jail reduction programs. In some cases if program is completed, charges may be dismissed. Monitors and supervises domestic violence offenders and offers assistance to victims. Also monitors other sanctions as ordered by the court such as home detention (electronic monitoring), home confinement, and work release.
