Youth ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Residents of Crawford, Erie, Hancock, Hardin, Huron, Marion, Ottawa, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Wood, or Wyandot Counties.
