Rooms can be rented by residents of Middleburg Heights, Community Center members, and members of the Chamber of Commerce. Pavilions can only be rented by members and residents. All renters must be 18 and over.

Proof of residency or membership. In certain situations proof of special event insurance is required.
Rental hours are based on the hours of Center operation, except for rooms which are available until midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Makes available three community rooms (which can be configured to serve 88-250 people) and a classroom (70-75 people), which are available for hourly rental. Kitchen facilities are also available.
