Eligibility

Eligibility:

  • Applicants' annual household income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which cannot exceed 50% of the median income for the area.
  • Each person who is to reside in the household must be a US citizen or non-citizen with eligible immigration status.
  • Individuals applying for a senior unit must meet be 62 years of age or older.

Application process

Online application required to join the waiting list when open. The waiting list may close and stop accepting applications periodically. The average time spent on the waiting list is 12-18 months.

Fees

No fee to apply. Rent for qualified applicants is based on 30-40% of monthly adjusted gross income.
