At or below 150% of Federal Poverty Levelor who participate in one of the following, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps (SNAP), Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children (WIC), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Retired Veteran or Active Military, Section 8 Housing, Energy Assistance Program Ohio Works First, or Medicaid.
