Available to paid members, aged 18 and over. Must be current or former mental health consumer or family member. Consumers are expected to attend 2 or more groups a week. No geographic restrictions on service.

Provides informal peer support group for those dealing with mental health issues. Topics include: anger management, stress management, money management, current events, self-advocacy, communication skills, life skills, pre-employment skills, and other issues that affect members' mental health on a daily basis.
