Early Head Start and Head Start services are for qualifying families at 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or below, or receiving SNAP/OWF/TANF cash assistance; SSI disability; or foster families. Head Start Income eligible children must be 3 by August 1. Children turning 3 after August 1 may enroll after their 3rd birthday. Early Head Start is a birth to three program, and pregnant mothers are served in the Early Head Start home based program.
