Eligibility
Individuals with multiple housing code violations or delinquent account balances are ineligible for program.
Limits To Applications for Assistance:
- Toilet Leak: assistance limited to once every 36 months.
- Burst Water Pipes: limited to once per customer.
- Unknown Underground Leaks: no limit per customer.
Required documents
- A written request for relief and a sworn affidavit verifying eligibility.
- Documentation of underground leak and its repair.

Apply for assistance during regular office hours. Must submit a written request for relief and a sworn affidavit verifying eligibility within 10 business days of receiving the bill.
Fees
No additional fees. Charges may be paid over a 4-year period with no interest.
