Provides legal assistance in the following housing areas: wrongful evictions and landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, public housing and Section 8 disputes, housing discrimination, utility shut-offs, and other housing-related issues.

Provides low-income residents with a variety of civil legal services, including litigation, negotiation, and community education.  Special projects serve victims of domestic violence, senior citizens, and migrant farm workers.
