The Child Support staff is able to assist you with your child support case in Meigs County through the services listed below:
  • Establishing paternity: The legal determination of being named as a child’s father.
  • Child & medical support establishment: Legally binding order to provide financial and/or medical support for children.
  • Enforcing of current order: Many different methods are used to ensure that the child support order is followed.
  • Arrears enforcement: If payment of support order falls behind, CSEA will use a variety of tools to collect arrearage.
