Application process
Board at one of the RCT Bus Stop signs or simply raise arm to get the driver's attention. Deviation available for additional $2 fee to pick up passengers up to a quarter mile off route. Deviation service must be scheduled 24 hour in advance.
Fees
One-way trip: $2 for adults $1 for seniors, disabled or students Free for children under 5 years old Transfers from one bus to another is free, ask for a transfer slip before getting off the bus. Monthly bus pass: $50 adult $25 senior citizen, student, or disabled
Service area
Richland County, Ohio
Provides transit service outside of fixed-route hours. Service provided for workers with early morning, late evening, or overnight shifts. Also open to public for school, shopping, social medical, or other needs. Operates 2 fixed routes on 1 hour loops. Route 17 runs north to south, from Mansfield Industrial Park area to Cook Rd. Route 18 runs primarily east to west between Home Rd and Newman St. Tranfers available at transit center.
