Eligibility

Open to Warren County households currently experiencing any of the following circumstances:

staying in an emergency shelter
sleeping in an unsheltered location or place not meant for human habitation
staying in a hotel/motel that is paid for by a Federal, State, or local government program or charitable organization

Required documents

Social security card (For all household members),Proof of income (Past 4-6 weeks for all household members),Photo ID (For household members 18 and older ),Other documents (Proof of public assistance received (if applicable), proof of homelessness),Birth certificate (For all household members)
