Individuals must:
- be currently employed. Exceptions may be made for individuals who are the sole provider for young children or who are receiving disability payments due to being deemed unable to work by a physician.
- not have previously been provided a three-night hotel stay by St. Vincent de Paul-Northern Kentucky.
