Description

Services include transportation for out-of-county medical and in-county medical and necessary errands, home delivered meals, adult day center for those with cognitive impairment and personal shopping. Provides in-home care services including homemaking and basic housekeeping needs. Provides personal care assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Open enrollment Medicare appointments in fall. Monthly Caregiver Dementia Support Group.
