Description
Provides a multi-session class that reviews techniques and strategies to educate individuals in ways that they can stop from falling and injuring thmeselves. Participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.
