Early Childhood Mental Health Referral System | Cuyahoga County Department Of Children And Family Services

Provides assistance in determining what services and resources are available to best meet the needs of families with young children who may be showing signs of mental/emotional health issues or behavioral issues. Agency makes referrals for mental health assessments, consultation and therapy. Program is a collaboration of several county child-serving agencies.

Application process

Families may phone for information or service. Referring agencies will need to obtain a referral form from the web site, or they may request one by phone, fax, or e-mail; form will need to be completed and then submitted via e-mail, mail or fax.

Eligibility

Cuyahoga County residents with children aged birth through age five who are exhibiting behavioral or mental health issues such as: aggressive behavior, sad or anxious behavior, problems with attention/focus, bonding/attachment concerns, sleeping/eating concerns, soothing concerns, etc. Will assists all families regardless of insurance coverage.
