At Risk/Homeless Housing Related Assistance Programs (STABLE FAMILIES) | Brighton Center
Provides an 18-month, intensive case management program for families facing a housing crisis. Case managers assist families with preventing homelessness, decreasing student school mobility, and increasing household income.
