Purpose of the initiative is to support individuals, with non work-related barriers that impede their ability to get and keep a job. Through this initiative, individuals are supported in the areas of substance abuse prevention and early intervention stress management, anger management, health and wellness, and professional development. Offers prevention education in a number of different ways: weekly supportive circle sessions onsite, group presentations, on-site one-on-one consultations, in-house one-on-one sessions, and professional development workshops
