Eligibility

- Serves indiiduals that live in Carroll County and are a United States citizen or qualified legal alien. - Must be age 65 or over, or qualify for Medicare based on disabilities. - Income must be from 100% to 135% of the Federal Poverty Level. NOTE: Assistance available will depend on income and family resources.
