Reentry Support - Ex Offenders | Hand 2 Hand
Eligibility
Serves adults age 18 years and older as well as youth age 17 years or younger who are formerly incarcerated or justice-syetem-involved (and their familes) residing in Ohio.

Provides case management and resource navigation to formerly incarcerated persons to help them move toward independence. Also provides mentorship to formerly incarcerated adults, youth, and their families.
