Eligibility

Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton County who:

  • are currently enrolled in Medicaid
  • are traveling to an eligible Medicaid destination/service
  • do not have a vehicle registered in their name or to someone in their household that can be used for transportation

Proof of insurance (Valid Kentucky Medicaid card),Additional documents requested as needed

Contact by phone at least 72 hours in advance of medical appointment time to request a ride.
