Phone for an appointment for intake. Messages will be returned within one business day. Staff will assist those who are not residents of Cuyahoga County in establishing residency. There may be a waiting list.
Fee
Does not accept private health insurance and Medicare. Fees may be discounted for the uninsured or the underinsured. Financial assistance available as well as payment plans. Self-pay accepted.
Eligibility
Serves men 18 and over who are residents of Cuyahoga County. Does not accept sex offenders or those with an arson conviction. Does not administer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) gabapentin, or suboxone.
