Eligibility
Residents of the Village of Bainbridge who live in owner-occupied homes with an existing septic system that must be failing as determined by Ross County Health District. Total household income for anyone age 18 or older must fall within 100%, 200% or 300% of the federal poverty income guidelines. Funding is determined on a first come first served basis.
