Serves homeowners age 62 and over with income at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
- Completed application (available online). - Proof of citizenship/legal resident status for all household members. - Proof of all income for all household members age 18 and over. - Copy of most recent gas and electric bill for usage verification. - Copy of homeowner's insurance and most recent mortgage bill. - Other documentation may be requested as needed.
