Must have a disability. Must reside in Franklin, Delaware, Licking or Union counties in central Ohio to receive services.

If individual has an existing resume and cover letter, that is helpful to review at the first meeting.

Call and ask for Employment Services. Individuals who become involved in Employment Services will go through an intake that assesses employment history and job seeking needs and identifies challenges in securing employment. Meets regularly with the CDE Employment Specialist.

CDE's Employment Services helps people with disabilities who would like to work in the community. Individual will learn about resumes, cover letters, job seeking readiness skills such as interviewing, networking, etc. Also taught the importance of self-confidence when conducting a job search.
