Hours
- Initial Enrollment Period: Three (3) months prior to the month of age 65 and three (3) months after the month of age 65.
- Special Enrollment Period: Eight (8) months after the last month of current work under an employer group health plan (not Cobra).
- Open Enrollment Period (every year): October 15th through December 7th.
