MI CASA HOUSING PROGRAM - FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS | SPANISH AMERICAN COMMITTEE
Provides assistance with purchasing a home, including a homebuying workshop that includes information on the process of homebuying, explanation of duties involved in home ownership, review of sale agreements and loan documents and referral to programs that provide loans for purchase or renovation of a home. Agency provides housing counselors certified by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Following completion of the workshop, participants receive 1-on-1 homebuying counseling.
