Open to residents of Kentucky who:
- are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum or have a child 5 years old or younger, and
- have a household income at or below 185 percent of the poverty level or receive Kentucky Medicaid, Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP), or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, or have a pregnant woman or infant in the family who receives Medicaid or K-TAP
