Application process

Referral by social service programs, such as Birthright, Dept. of Job and Family Services, WIC, and Family Planning.

Eligibility

Meet WIC income guidelines. Have a vehicle present as installation is required. Parents are required to attend a one-hour car seat safety education session. After attending the class, assistance is given for proper installation of the car seat in their vehicle.
