Emergency Utility Assistance Fund | Licking County Aging Partners
Provides one-time emergency financial assistance to LCAP clients. Any expense to keep an older adult independent and within the community will be considered. On average, up to $250 can be spent. Any amount greater than $250 needs approval from a supervisor.

Founded in 1972, Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP) started as a group of caring individuals dedicated to feeding home-bound older adults. Today LCAP is the largest community partner in Licking County for adults 60 years and older. We have everything from transportation to meals, activities, resources, and education. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for Licking County seniors by contributing to their independence and healthy lifestyles.
