Emergency Utility Assistance Fund | Licking County Aging Partners

Provides one-time emergency financial assistance to LCAP clients. Any expense to keep an older adult independent and within the community will be considered. On average, up to $250 can be spent. Any amount greater than $250 needs approval from a supervisor.

Founded in 1972, Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP) started as a group of caring individuals dedicated to feeding home-bound older adults. Today LCAP is the largest community partner in Licking County for adults 60 years and older. We have everything from transportation to meals, activities, resources, and education.
