Serves residents of Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne counties.
Required documents
Physician order or prescription is required.

By reservation only. Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Application process
Call, fax, or email the office for more information about the current inventory and loan procedures. Service is based upon the availability of donations and funding.
Fees
  • Security deposits of $15 is required for wheelchairs, Rollator Walkers, and knee walkers.
  • Security deposits of $50 is required for ramps.
  • Deposits are returned when the equipment is returned on time and in good working condition with all the parts included.

Loans assistive technology and equipment. Inventory usually includes wheelchairs and portable wheelchair ramps, but items may not always available.
