Investigates allegations of discrimination from anyone who has been or will be harmed by a discriminatory housing practice. Accepts allegations of the following types of discrimination:
- pertaining to race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), religion, sex, disability, or familial status
- pertaining to being a survivor of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking
