Eligibility
Serves age 12 through 18 who are still in high school residing in Summit, Medina, Portage, and surrounding counties such as Ashland, Holmes, Stark, and Wayne counties.
Required documents
Will be requested as needed.
Hours
- Partial Hospitalization: Weekdays for five (5) hours a day. Generally lasts two (2) weeks.
- Intensive Outpatient: Three (3) evenings a week for 4-6 weeks.
