Those who already know which pantry serves their area may walk-in for service during service hours. For help finding the correct site to go to, phone 2-1-1 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Those with service concerns or questions about service boundaries may call the Hunger Network main office M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.

Eligibility

Serves the City of Brooklyn and parts of the following ZIP codes within the City of Cleveland: 44102, 44109, 44144 and a small portions of 44134 and 44131. Exact boundaries may be determined by calling United Way 2-1-1. Generally, income should be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances (such as loss of income or some other financial hardship) may be served on a case by case basis. Service may be received once every 30 days (exceptions may be made at the pantry manager's discretion). If a client comes from outside the pantry's service area, they will be served once, and then directed to the correct Hunger Network pantry.
