TEEN CLINIC | CENTERS FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN - THE

Provides medical care for teens. Services include birth control, pregnancy tests, gynecology services, family planning counseling, STD testing and treatment including HIV testing, and school and work physicals. May be able to provide clients with a limited supply of some prescriptions written by Free Clinic physicians. Will also help clients access and complete paperwork for patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions.
