ENFORCEMENT OF ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAWS | CITY OF DAYTON HUMAN RELATIONS COUNCIL

Assures minority and female representation on all city-sponsored and federally assisted construction projects in the city and SMSA. Also assures physical accessibility for handicapped persons to public buildings and streets. Processes discrimination complaints on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, and disability. If warranted, agency may file class action litigation on the behalf of its clients.
