Eligibility
- Serves residents of Lorain County (with exception of the City of Vermilion, which receives services from the Erie County Health Department.).
- Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and attend a 30-minute appointment to buy a car seat/booster seat at listed prices.
- Seats are limited to one per child for their lifetime.
Required documents
Proof of WIC, Medicaid or recent pay stubs for income eligibility.
