COMMUNITY PROGRAMS | CARR CENTER
Offers a variety of programs that are sponsored/provided by organizations within the community. Current programs available are: - Special Riders, provides individuals with severe physical disabilities the opportunity to ride horses. Volunteers and staff work in teams of three to facilitate a safe horseback riding experience for participants. We have spring and fall sessions available. - Equipment Loan, offers loan items to individuals recovering from surgeries or other health related issues at no cost for up to 3 months. . - Caregiver Support Group, meets 10:00-11:30pm every third Thursday to help caregivers.

A non-profit organization that assists persons to achieve his/her fullest educational and/or functional potential in order to achieve or maintain the highest quality of living. The Center depends upon the support of our community to provide programs that are relevant to the needs of children with speech and language delays, seniors and their community caregivers, the disabled or disadvantaged, and our community as a whole.
