Must apply in person and bring completed application to COTA Customer Experience Center.
Fees
Card is free. Trip fees: $1 one way, $2.25 day pass and $31 monthly pass. Using new digital payment (Transit app or Smartcard), fares capped at $2.25 per day and $31 per month.
