Eligibility
Serves households with an Adjusted Gross Income of approximately $69,000 or less.
Any age with a W-2 wages
Both the minor and his parent/guardian for tax returns for minors. Both parties must be present for joint returns
Required documents
-Photo ID (must be a physical ID
electronic copy not acceptable per IRS). Taxpayers will not be seen if they DO NOT have their Photo ID.
-Birthdates for you, spouse, and dependents
-All tax forms (W-2, 1099’s, 1098)
-Form 1095-A (marketplace health insurance)
-Any information for other income (ie, Rideshare services)
-Social Security card (an electronic copy of your card is acceptable), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number – ITIN
Must have social security cards and birth dates of all dependents being claimed
- IRS PIN (if applicable). PIN issued by the IRS due to the client having identity theft issues.
- Total paid to daycare/childcare provider and their tax ID number
