Offers medical services such as general medical health care, physical examinations, and care for illnesses. Persons receiving medical services may become primary care clients of the center. In addition to primary care; offers same-day medical attention for adults and children with acute medical problems which are not life-threatening and do not require an emergency room visit. Urgent care problems which can be seen include acute sore throat; ear or sinus infections, minor cuts and bumps; cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, or skin rashes. Would not see broken bones; major burns or trauma; or acute psychiatric problems.

Third party payment accepted: some Private insurance; Medicaid; Medicare. Those without insurance may be eligible for the Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) (which may cover certain aspects of care). Sliding scale (may slide to zero in some cases) for those who are not eligible for HCAP, have no insurance, do not qualify for any third party payment program, and have income up to 400% of the federal poverty guidelines. Discounted care may be available for those without insurance and income over 400% of federal poverty guidelines. Sliding scale and discounts apply only to medical services that would be covered by the Ohio Medicaid program. Financial counseling is available. Also limits monthly payments to a certain percentage of the family monthly income.
