Northeast Ohio residents in the service area with income at or below 400% of Federal Poverty Level who are uninsured or underinsured.

Monday, Wednesday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm,
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm,
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
