Find an Application Assistant certified by the Secretary of State's Office online at SafeAtHomeOhio.gov614.995.2255ORVisit an Application AssistantComplete an application, return it to the Safe at Home office at:Ohio Secretary of StatePO Box 16395Columbus, OH 43216You will be contacted by Safe at Home staff, and if certified, you will receive a participant packet and card in the mail.

Safe at Home (SAH) is an address confidentiality program for survivors of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, rape, and/or sexual battery. Individuals living in the same house as the survivor are also eligible for this program. The program is most effective if a participant has just moved or will move in the immediate future.
