  • The applicant must have full ownership of the property. The property must be an owner-occupied single family dwelling within the City of Covington.
  • The home must be the principal residence of the applicant.
  • The applicant's annual household income must not exceed 60% of the area median income.
  • Households who have received City housing repair assistance within the last 5 years are not eligible.
