- Not eligible for service: Residents of Akron, Kent, Ravenna, Stow. - Serves low income rural residents of Portage County. This only includes Atwater, Brimfield, Charlestown, Deerfield, Edinburg, Mogadore, North Benton, Palmyra, Randolph, Rootstown, and Suffield Township.
