ODJFS Licensed Childcare Program Registration Documents to be provided to fill out upon registration.
If receiving ODJFS childcare assistance, the preapproval form must be received by the main office prior to the start date.

Provides Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) before care for Fremont City and Parochial Schools. Before care is house in the main office with bussing to Fremont elementary schools. After care is housed in Croghan and Lutz Elementary Schools with busing from Atkinson, Otis, and Sacred Heart to the respective locations. All sites accept ODJFS funding. Program is for youth K-5th grade. Option for all day care with delays/cancelations, teacher in service days, and some holidays.
