Phone M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm to apply for this program. Those who qualify for Medicaid but are not already enrolled are expected to apply. Service through this program is not immediate. May take several months to have the lead issues resolved.

Eligibility
Residents in households at or below 206% for the Federal Poverty Level with a Medicaid eligible child aged 0-19 years of age, either living in the home or visiting more than 6 hours per week, or households with a Medicaid eligible pregnant woman earning up to 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Homeowners must carry home insurance and be up to date on their property taxes; renters must have a landlord who is willing to cover half of the cost.
